Protocol

BPC-157 250–500 mcg SQ near injury site 1–2× daily + TB-500 2–2.5 mg SQ 2× weekly.

Duration

4–6 weeks on, 2–4 weeks off; repeat as needed.

Notes

Also sold pre-mixed as a "Wolverine blend" (BPC-157 + TB-500 in one vial, commonly 5 mg/5 mg or 10 mg/10 mg). Blends remove dose independence — you cannot titrate one without the other. Rotate injection sites; monitor for unusual moles (TB-500 angiogenesis).

KPV adds NF-κB-mediated anti-inflammatory action, favored for inflammatory skin (acne, eczema, psoriasis) and IBD-type gut symptoms.
